Submitted papers should neither be previously published nor under consideration for publication elsewhere. All papers will be refereed through a peer review process.
All registered papers of Main Tracks and Special sessions shall be publihsed in SCOPUS indexed Lectures Notes in Networks and Systems ( https://www.springer.com/series/15179)
